Responsible for establishing financially viable offices and the overall result of the region. In charge of maintaining a good work environment, providing leadership and ensuring client/patient satisfaction.

Specialty Regional Manager:

Responsible for coordinating and helping the regional operations team to drive the revenue growth in the Specialty category (Hygiene, Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Endodontics, and Implants.

Help in planning s Specialty marketing strategy for the given region.

Talent Acquisitions

Director:

Responsible for creation of a strategy, implementation and execution of all aspects involved with talent hiring.

Payroll & Benefits Analyst:

Responsible to analyse the accuracy of payroll calculations and compliance with state and federal laws.

Operations

Operations Manager:

Responsible for planning and executing all the daily functions through seamless processes. Design efficient processes that result in increase in revenue and profits.

Insurance & claims coordinator:

Responsible for coordinating and supporting tasks related to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims for patients/partner organizations Acts as a facilitator between patients/partner organizations and insurance provider/agents regarding status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims. Being a coordinator will also require to make sure all billing requirements are met, accounts updated, answering inquiries and making recommendations for improvement.

Information Technology

Business Intelligence and DB Developer:

Responsible for building a robust system to procure, maintain and secure corporate data resources. Work closely with business users and executives to provide business intelligence solutions that support and align with our corporate business objectives.

Front Desk

Receptionist:

Responsible for providing a warm, kind and friendly environment to our clients and patients. Should be organized, detail oriented and enjoy providing hospitality and talking to people to result in gaining new clients and retain the existing ones.

Benefits/Treatment Coordinator

Guide patients towards the treatment they need and help out with the financial roadmap. This job requires good communication and problem-solving skills.
